The Oatmeal Squares Project aims to be available as a distributed application which can be read, annotated, and edited without reference to a central web server. The system involves three cascading levels of privileges: read (general public), annotate (members of the public having a registered account with the OSC), and edit (OSC members).
Currently the privileges mechanism has not been fully implemented. Incomplete items in this release are indicated in italics in the list below.
