Access key details

This site can be navigated using the "access key" functionality that is built into all modern web browsers. The numeric access key assignments given here are designed to correspond to the greatest extent possible with de facto standards in use throughout the World Wide Web (cf. UK Government accesskeys standard, http://archive.cabinetoffice.gov.uk/e-government/resources/handbook/html/2-4.asp).
