The first half of this tabloid story draws on a PETA report and video (see ). The language is sensationalist: "shocking" and "disturbing" investigation; workers "savagely rip hair off goats"; goats are "agonised", "frightened", "screaming in pain", and "cruelly killed" in a way that forces a "slow and painful death". The second half reports on the H&M "response" (phasing out of virgin fibres), which is not in fact directly prompted by PETA.
